Center's Description
The Shambhala Meditation Center follows the Shambhala and Buddhist paths, unique in the world of Western Buddhism, combining the teachings of the Kagyü and Nyingma lineages of Tibetan Buddhism with the Shambhala view of living an uplifted life, fully engaged with the world. We are part of Shambhala International, an international community of 165 meditation centers led by Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche.

Please come and meditate at the Center. Free meditation instruction is available, as well as a wide variety of classes and programs in meditation, Buddhist teachings and many other disciplines.

Drop in any THURSDAY NIGHT for a free introductory program.
