Center's Description
The Center offers silent sitting and walking meditation every Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday evening fron 7:30 to 8:45, as well as an extended meditation one Saturday morning per month. We have metta meditation on the first Sunday of each month from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. We also offer occasional classes on different aspect of the Dharma. There are non-residential weekend retreats three or four times a year at the Center, and two residential weekend retreats per year at a nearby retreat Center.
