Center's Description
Ligmincha Institute, founded by Tenzin Wangyal Rinpoche in 1992, was created to preserve the Tibetan Bön culture and teachings, especially the practices of dzogchen. Here we provide information on Bön and dzogchen as well as the activities of Ligmincha Institute and our associated centers.

Serenity Ridge is Ligmincha Institute's retreat center located about 30 minutes south of Charlottesville, Virginia. Serenity Ridge hosts retreats by our teachers and senior instructors of our lineage.
