Center's Description
For newcomers to the Center, monthly introductory sessions are held at 7:30pm, the first Tuesday of each month. A $20 donation is requested. Here you will learn zazen as taught in the Harada-Yasutani-Kapleau lineage. You can also ask Sensei and senior students any questions you have about Zen and get a solid foundation to begin your practice.
