| The Aurora sangha practices primarily from the Drikung Yangzab terma (Hidden treasure by Guru Rinpoche). Our primary focus is ngondro practice (or the uncommon preliminaries). The day before full moons, we do smoke offerings. Alternative practices include Chenrezig and Green Tara and 3 Roots practice.
Everyone is welcome, with or without experience. We try to provide a relaxed atmosphere suitable for meditation and those interested in expanding their knowledge and experience of Buddhism and meditation. The Colorado sangha hosts various Drikung Kagyu teachers throughout the year, this site will have the latest on scheduled events. Meditation instruction is available upon request. |
