| Heruka Buddhist Centre in Golders Green is the principal Kadampa Buddhist Centre in North & Central London. Founded in 1990, its purpose is to provide a facility where the people of London can train in meditation and other practices of Kadampa Buddhism.
The centre offers a range of meditation classes, Study Programmes, chanted meditations and weekend events. In addition, the centre has a small library and a shop with books, pictures, statues, CD's and much more. Find meditation classes in London or find out what to expect at a class. The weekly meditation classes at our London venues include guided meditations, explanations of Buddha's teachings, and informal discussions. They focus on how to apply meditation to day-to-day life. Beginners are welcome. |
