""Karma," he [Buddha] often said, "is intention": i.e., a movement of the mind that occurs each time we think, speak, or act. By being mindful of this process, we come to understand how intentions lead to habitual patterns of behavior, which in turn affect the quality of our experience."

Center's Description
KPC is a non-profit organization dedicated to the cessation of suffering in the world. To this end we are committed to offering the methods as taught by the Buddha that create the causes for happiness and peace.

We are a diverse group of people from many parts of the world who practice Tibetan Buddhism, aspiring to lead a life of compassion. The source of our inspiration is the life and teachings of Jetsunma Ahkön Lhamo, our spiritual teacher who skillfully guides us to awaken to our innate Buddha nature.
