Center's Description
We meet Thursday mornings for walking meditation, a reading, guided/silent meditation practice and Dharma discussion. Doors open at 7am. Bell is invited at 7:20am. Finish by 8:30-8:45am. First Thursday of each month we recite and discuss the 14 Mindfulness Trainings til 9:30am. All are welcome.
