Center's Description
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction courses are scheduled throughout the year for people who are experiencing the signs of stress in daily life and who want to experience more balance in their life. The course also complements the medical treatment of illness, chronic pain and stress-related disorders.

Courses are held at the beautifully wooded lakefront site of the Lake Johnson Waterfront Program Center in southwest Raleigh.
