Center's Description
We meet from 7:00 – 8:30 each Monday night for Vipassana – Mindfulness practice at the Knoxville Tibetan Center. Our format is as follows:

Sit 40-45 minutes – part of meditation is guided
Group check in
Dharma talk or discussion
Metta practice
Dedication of merit and close

Our focus is on living the Dharma in daily life.
