Center's Description
Vajra Vidya Retreat Center is located in Crestone, Colorado under a sacred mountain between the Karmapa Tashi Gomang stupa and the Tulku Urgyen stupa. The Center was founded by the Venerable Thrangu Rinpoche, a Tibetan Buddhist master and is open to all sects.

It has individual retreat rooms for doing short and long-term retreats under the guidance of Lama Wangdu and Khenpo Jigme. Both of these lamas have completed the five year monastic college (shedra) program and completed a three-year retreat. They are available for instruction in almost any practice.

The Center is now open for retreatants at $ 35.00 a day which includes electricity, running hot water, a modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry facilities, an office for communicating with the family if needed, and three meals a day.
