|The Mindfulness Practice Community of Toronto is a group of friends who enjoy mindful living as taught by Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh. We form part of a diverse global community of 'sanghas' dedicated to the cultivation of peace and understanding. We've been practicing together since 1997. Our Practice Community is open to people who sincerely wish to deepen their practice of mindfulness. We are a interfaith group; while our regular meetings are based on Buddhist practice, members are encouraged to appreciate and deepen the practice of their own tradition.
