This class is designed to introduce you to the practice of meditation in a way that is free of dogma and ritual. Based on hundreds of research studies you can learn simple meditation techniques that will reduce the effects of stress and anxiety on your mind and body.

Meditators regularly report decreased physical and psychological symptoms, an increased ability to cope with chronic pain and anxiety, improved self-esteem and a greater enthusiasm for life.

Empower yourself with the gentle daily discipline of meditation; cultivate patience, poise, and peace of mind. First time meditation students are welcomed.
