Center's Description
The Palm Beach Shambhala Meditation Center offers meditation programs intended to help people lead a more wakeful life. Meditation uncovers a natural sense of goodness, fearlessness, and humor, a way of personal warriorship, and a vision of enlightened society. Our Shambhala and Buddhist programs are based on the teachings of the Tibetan Buddhist meditation master and scholar Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche and his son and dharma heir Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche. We welcome anyone who would like to learn meditation practice and who aspires to expand the experience of gentleness into all areas of life.

Currently we hold most of our regularly scheduled meetings at the Unity of the Gardens in Palm Beach Gardens FL.
Directions to Unity on the Gardens:
  • From I-95, take the Donald Ross Rd exit which is approximately 3.4 miles north of PGA Boulevard ( or about 3.6 miles south of Indiantown Rd).
  • Go West for one mile to the end of Donald Ross.
  • Straight ahead is the paved driveway of The Unity of the Gardens
