Center's Description
Buddhist Meditation in the Thich Nhat Hanh tradition

No reservation or phone call is necessary to attend a meeting. If interested, you can join us for an evening without obligation, participate in our activities, and get any information you need at that time.

The evenings start with an optional period of singing mindfulness songs starting at 7:10. We sing because it prepares us for meditation, and because this is a good way to learn songs and incorporate them into our own personal practice. We do not sing because we all have amazing voices! So please feel free to join us during this period if you wish. The rest of the evening starts at 7:30 with a short Dharma Talk. Whether you are coming for the singing, or later at 7:30, please plan to arrive a few minutes before so that you will have time to settle in and take a few breaths.
