Center's Description
The Zen Community of Oak Park offers meditation, retreats, workshops, koan study and council practice. Everyone is welcome. The community also offers Inner Disarmament trainings which teach communication skills integrated with zen practice. The community is located close to downtown Chicago and is in close proximity to major airports and train stations.
